Project Overview

52 days tackling new challenges, building a strong routine, and putting myself outside my comfort zone. This personal development journey focused on cultivating discipline, exploring new skills, and pushing personal boundaries through structured weekly challenges.

Week 1: Family & Gratitude

Challenge: Making coffee for my parents every morning

Starting the journey with acts of service and gratitude, building a morning routine centered around family appreciation.

Week 2: Technical Innovation

Challenge: AI project building

Diving deep into artificial intelligence development, creating and experimenting with AI tools and applications.

Week 3: Physical Discipline

Challenge: Running every morning at 7am

Establishing early morning discipline through consistent cardiovascular exercise, building mental and physical endurance.

Week 4: Aquatic Fitness

Challenge: Swimming every morning after running

Intensifying the routine by combining running with swimming, pushing physical limits and building comprehensive fitness.
